Step one is giving us a call to chat about your property and what services you're looking for. We usually like to know the following: Is this your first time renting? If not, who previously managed your space? Where is your property located? (how many bedrooms and bathrooms?) What amenities are available on the property? When are you looking to begin renting the space? If we end up making recommendations on how you can upgrade your space to elevate the guest experience, are you willing to invest in working with us to get your place "turn key" ready? This conversation and initial scope call is free of charge!
Owners, Mark and Terry will personally visit your property. A thorough evaluation will be completed during the inspection. A report will be provided following the visit that contains an analysis of the entire property as it pertains to the STR with inventory. Recommendations will also be provided in the report.
Fee waived if property is contracted to Salty Sea Property Management.
After the contract is signed, we take on preparing and publishing a detailed listing of your space on Airbnb and VRBO; including descriptions of the property, areas of interest and a customized and detailed Welcome Guide (virtual) for the home. Photographs are also included in this service. From here, we fully manage your booking calendar, guest interactions, onsite inspections prior to guest arrival and after guest departs. We schedule all cleaners and repairs ( if applicable). Inventory supplies and restock after each checkout. Communication frequency is customizable per property owner, is determined at scoping and adjustable throughout our services.
Local cleaning services are contracted through Salty Sea Property Management and are scheduled after every guest stay. We regularly walk the properties prior to and after cleanings to ensure smooth check outs and to secure that 5 star rating for cleanliness for your next guest stay! Locally vetted, licensed and insured individuals to perform smaller repairs on site and contracted through Salty Sea Property Management. For those larger and owner approved repairs, a referral will be given and if approved, scheduled through and overseen by the team at Salty Sea Property Management.
Need special request items before you or your guests arrive? We are happy to shop for requested goodies ahead of any guests stay and we regularly make recommendations to property owners regarding replacement stock or rental upgrades to really make the space stand out for the guest experience.
