Owners, Mark and Terry will personally visit your property. A thorough evaluation will be completed during the inspection. A report will be provide following the visit that contains an analysis of the entire property as it pertains to the STR w/inventory. Recommendations will also be provided in the report.  

Fee waived if property is contracted to SSPM.

Detailed listing on Airbnb and VRBO for each property including descriptions of the property, areas of interest and Welcome Guide (virtual) to the home. Photographs are also included in this service.

Full management of booking calendar, guest interactions, onsite inspections prior to guest arrival and after guest departs.  Schedule all cleaners and repairs ( if applicable). Inventory updated after each checkout.

Local cleaning services contracted through Salty Sea Property Management will be provided to complete  cleanings after each guests.  Inspections after cleaning is mandatory with SSPM  to ensure that 5 star rating for cleanliness!

Locally vetted, licensed and insured individuals to perform smaller repairs on site and contracted through Salty Sea Property Management.

For those larger and owner approved repairs, a referral will be given and if approved, scheduled through and overseen by the team at Salty Sea Property Management.
